flog install
Install the exact dependency graph recorded in a matching flog.lock.

Options and behaviour#
Installation never resolves newer versions or rewrites the lock. Missing or stale
locks fail. Use flog lock for deliberate resolution.
Common controls include --cwd <directory>, --workspace <selector>, --offline,
--prod, --ignore-scripts, --strict, and --json.
--prod is a runtime-only install, not a substitute for build-time dependencies.
